Production of sustainable meat can contribute to a long term improvement the food situation for several groups in the society.
Introduction of a systemic quality care system in the field meat production and processing can contribute to a healthier life for men and animal. Attention in the whole supply chain for hygienic, veterinarian conditions will contribute to food safety. Guarantees for food safety can acquire new markets in retail, hotels and big (international) organizations.
